The school is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm for daycare purposes. Students who participate in the academic programs may also attend the daycare program if care is needed.

A complimentary breakfast is served to all students who arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 am. A snack is served in the morning (10:00 am) and the afternoon (4:00 pm). Daycare students bring a lunch each day. Refrigeration is offered to those who need to keep their lunch cold until lunch time. Staff members will warm up lunches for children who require heating (by microwave). A side dish and milk are served each day with lunch.

Children are required to have a nap time each afternoon. Each child will need to bring their own blanket and pillow for nap purposes. A cubby space will be assigned to each daycare child to store their bedding for nap.

Each afternoon a group activity is offered. Children are free to play inside or outside in the afternoons (weather permitting) as a teacher is stationed in each area.

Daycare is offered anywhere from 2 to 5 days a week, depending on the needs of the family.

Sherry teaches in the West Side classroom. She received her Montessori Teacher Training in Boulder in 2003. Sherry has been with the school since 2001. Sherry and her husband Kevin have one daughter.
